Guiding Notes for the Submission of A-Level Horticulture[6024/4], Animal

Science[6028/4], Agriculture Engineering [6048/4] and Crop Science [6049/4
Projects

ZIMSEC wishes to inform centres that the projects sent for continuous assessment
should be submitted for marking.

Centres offering A-Level Horticulture, Animal Science, Agriculture Engineering and
Crop Science are advised that the deadline for the submission of projects is the 15"
of November 2018.

Certification of Candidate’s Work

The school or centre is required to submit a statement signed by the Head in respect
of all candidates certifying that the work submitted for6024/4, 6028/4, 6048/4 and
6049/4is the work of the candidate named and is original.

Dispatch of Projects

3.1 The projects must be securely wrapped before dispatch.

3.2 An inventory/register of the contents of the packaging must be included.

All centres outside Harare must dispatch projects to ZIMSEC Head Office through
Regional Offices. Centres in Harare must deliver projects by hand to ZIMSEC Head
Office.

6024/3, 6028/3, 6048/3 and 6049/3 Confidential Advance Instructions for
Supervisors

Centres must open these instructions in order to prepare materials for the
practical examinations.
