24-HOUR INFORMATION The supervisor is required to prepare the materials and label them as listed below:

1x 1-bird’s foot (cut from knee level), per candidate, labelled AS1
1x 1 razor blade/scalpel blade per candidate,

1x 1 white tile per candidate.

1x 10ml starch solution per candidate labelled AS2,

1x 10m] albumen solution per candidate labelled AS3,

1x 10ml cooking oil solution per candidate labelled AS4,

1x 10ml iodine solution per candidate labelled R1,

1x 5ml sodium hydroxide solution labelled R2,

1x 10ml ethanol per candidate labelled R3,

1x 5ml 1% copper sulphate solution per candidate labelled R4,

1 Bunsen burner per 2 candidates,
